Use representative material
Record fruit condition, preparation, maturity and the relevant temperature or solids. A trial on a different feed does not establish the same result for the intended production material.
Measure several outcomes together
Feed rate, accepted product, rejected material and product quality belong to the same run. Define the texture, clarity, fragments or damage criteria appropriate to the machine being reviewed.
Separate assembly checks from process results
An equipment inspection confirms structure, supplied parts and access. A product trial addresses processing performance; site acceptance checks installation and connected operation. Identify which checks are included in supply.
What to include in your enquiry
- Representative feed and preparation
- Product and reject acceptance criteria
- Measurement method and operating conditions
- Agreed assembly, product-trial and installation checks
Describe the product and the machine you need. Add the known process conditions; the remaining configuration can be discussed around your actual project.
