Fruit-first procurement
Firmness, stones, seeds, fibre and the wanted product change the preparation, recovery and finishing brief. Choose a fruit family to see the questions, equipment duties and connected routes to review before an enquiry.
A selection lens, not a compatibility claim
A fruit name does not prove that a specific machine or screen suits your variety. Variety, maturity, preparation and the actual offered assembly still need representative material trials.

Review this fruit route →What changes the equipment brief
Whole-fruit washing, transfer and crushing need a handling arrangement that suits the skin, ripeness and damage sensitivity. A firm-fruit washer is not automatically a berry washer.
A stone, seed or peel fraction needs its own separation and reject path. Crushing does not establish destoning, and a pulper screen does not prove fragment control.
The product at each machine inlet can be mash, juice, pulp or concentrate. Screen openings, pump passages, valves and thermal paths must be reviewed against that actual condition.
Clear juice, cloudy juice, puree, concentrate and a formulated base have different finishing, treatment and filling boundaries. The package is part of the filling decision, not an afterthought.
Build the brief in three steps
Give the fruit family, variety if known, maturity, preparation and the condition entering the first machine. Add the product you want to make.
Wash, prepare, recover, finish, treat, concentrate, transfer, fill or clean. A different task can belong in the same project without being an alternative machine.
Open the equipment duties, compare only common duties under one material and rate basis, then ask for the offered model, drawings, photographs and trial conditions.

Material at the inlet
Review firm fruit, stone-bearing fruit, fibrous flesh, extracted liquid and prepared pulp as different equipment inlets.
Selection method
Use task, material condition, target product and rate basis to narrow the catalogue without inventing model compatibility.
Quotation checklist
Start with the fruit and wanted product, then add the known rate, interfaces and package information.
