How this equipment works
The juice enters the rotating separation assembly, where the difference in density between the liquid and suspended particles drives separation. The disc stack provides closely spaced separation surfaces inside the bowl. The clarified stream and separated solids leave by their designated paths. Feed preparation and the solids-removal sequence must suit the selected bowl and discharge arrangement.
Separator and control arrangement
The source equipment view shows a closed separator housing, external drive, overhead product pipework and adjacent controls. The separating internals are enclosed during operation; bowl access is a stopped, isolated maintenance activity.
Clear and cloudy product choices
A clarification stage is useful where the finished juice needs reduced suspended material. It can remove components that are deliberately retained in cloudy juice or puree, so it is selected from the product target rather than installed in every line.
Feed and discharge continuity
An upstream tank and pump maintain the separator inlet conditions. Solids discharge and downstream product collection need enough capacity to avoid interruptions or cross-connection during the operating cycle.

Product and operating conditions
Centrifugal clarification is not membrane filtration or sterilization. Separation results depend on the particle and density characteristics of the juice.
Connections and installation
Keep separator feed, clarified-product collection and solids discharge distinct. Specify the available inlet pressure, product temperature, drain and electrical interfaces.
Cleaning and service access
Follow the selected separator’s shutdown, bowl access, inspection and balancing instructions. Service the drive and seals with safe isolation; the cleaning method must reach the installed product path.
Selection and comparison
Compare centrifugal clarification and other fine-separation methods with the same juice, solids load and accepted clarity. Coarse screen finishing serves a different product boundary.
