Condition the evaporation feed
The product may need finishing or clarification before concentration, depending on the wanted texture and the exchanger passages. The feed tank supplies a controlled stream so the evaporation system is not driven by short interruptions in fruit recovery.
Remove water through the selected system
The evaporation arrangement combines heating, vapour separation, circulation, vacuum and condensing services. A low-viscosity juice can behave differently from a thick puree as solids rise. Product distribution, residence and fouling must be reviewed at the expected final concentration.
Transfer the concentrate at its actual condition
Concentrate temperature and viscosity affect pump selection, tank discharge and pipe resistance. The downstream thermal section uses those actual properties when setting passages, pressure and holding configuration. Avoid treating the original dilute-feed duty as the concentrate duty.
Fill a defined bag and fitment
The bag-filling stations connect to the prepared product path and support bags in drums on roller conveyors. Bag fitment, fill mass and product temperature are specified together. Any included package handling or closure operation is identified in the equipment scope.
Capacity, services and supply boundary
Keep feed kg/h, concentrate kg/h and evaporated-water kg/h as separate quantities, with solids and temperature conditions. Concentration, formulation and reconstitution are different product histories. Heating, cooling, vacuum, condensate and cleaning services are established for the complete selected arrangement.
The equipment list identifies the machines, product connections and services included in supply. Existing preparation, storage or packaging equipment can be retained where the interface requirements are compatible.
