Compare fruit equipment quotations on an equal basis
Create a scope that can be checked before price and delivery terms are compared.
Name the offered model
Ask each offer to identify the actual machine model and configuration, complete photographs and drawings. Reference images explain an equipment category but cannot establish manufacturing responsibility or the exact supplied assembly.
Use one written duty
Send the same input condition, required output, product quality and rate basis to each supplier. Identify which cases are demonstrated and which still require trial. Keep allowances and exclusions visible in the comparison.
Include the supporting equipment
List product/reject transfers, utility connections, controls, cleaning and installation boundaries. Determine who owns integration with retained equipment. A short machine list can omit the work that makes the purchased equipment usable.
Agree measurable acceptance
Specify representative materials, output measurements, sample quality, operating schedule and cleaning release. Confirm contracting entity, manufacturing or integration role, supply terms and evidence in the actual proposal. Catalogue browsing and an enquiry do not create a supply agreement.
