Inside the process
How this equipment works
The fruit enters the upper feed section and reaches the selected separation assembly. Flesh is worked towards the product outlet while stones and coarse rejected material follow a separate path. Fruit variety, maturity and how firmly flesh adheres to the stone determine the rotor and separation setup.
A defined fruit preparation task
Use this machine where the product route requires mechanical flesh recovery around stones. Manual trimming or peeling upstream remains a different task. The selected configuration must keep stone fragments and peel within the product specification.
Separate collection paths
Product recovery and reject collection need their own containers or transfer connections. Viewing both streams makes it possible to evaluate flesh left with the stones and unwanted fragments carried into the recovered product.
Assembly and changeover
The pictured arrangement has a feed hopper, separate drive protection and lower product housing. Access for clearing fruit, inspection and cleaning is part of the installation layout. Working parts are selected for the fruit rather than treating one assembly as universal.
Configuration and operating basis
Arrangement
Hopper-fed machine on a compact supporting frame
Drive and controls
Local control enclosure with protected drive area
Process output
Recovered flesh/pulp and a separate reject stream
Product selection
Stone-bearing fruit matched to working parts and maturity
The offered model and its installed options define final dimensions, services and rated duty.
Product and operating conditions
Fruit-specific working parts and trials define the operating range. No universal stone-removal efficiency or interchangeable fruit model is implied.
Connections and installation
Confirm inlet presentation, preparation requirements, product transfer passages and reject discharge access.
Cleaning and service access
Inspect contact parts and wear zones that affect separation; permit safe access for trapped material and broken components.
Selection and comparison
Compare destoning offers on the same fruit and fragment/recovery acceptance criteria, not against a crusher’s nominal rate.
