Connected operations

Resolve peel and stone handling first

The preparation method follows the fruit. A stone-bearing variety may use mechanical flesh recovery; other fruit can enter pulping after sorting, washing and the required preparation. Manual trimming and mechanical destoning remain separate operations with different material handling.

Recover and finish the pulp

The two-stage pulper combines primary recovery and finer finishing on a shared frame. Its screens and operating arrangement determine which edible material passes into the product and which fraction is rejected. Texture is assessed with the product and rejects from the same run.

Maintain flow without losing the product definition

A buffer tank and transfer pump coordinate the recovery section with treatment. Select the pump around viscosity at process temperature and the retained-particle specification. Mixing and deaeration are included where the formulation and air condition require them.

Treat and fill as one connected boundary

The selected thermal passages, hold section, product valves and filler all need to accept the same pulp. An aseptic bag system provides a defined bulk-pack route when the connected treatment, transfer and filling sequence has been specified for that product.

Capacity, services and supply boundary

Measure prepared-fruit input and accepted pulp output separately in kg/h. Describe the particle and viscosity measurement method at the relevant temperature. Added ingredients, recovery losses and product retained during changeover belong in the mass balance; they are not interchangeable with machine capacity.

The equipment list identifies the machines, product connections and services included in supply. Existing preparation, storage or packaging equipment can be retained where the interface requirements are compatible.
