Enquiry information
The form collects your contact details, chosen equipment duties and project conditions. These are used to assess and respond to the enquiry. Do not send confidential recipes, payment details or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Service providers and delivery
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile verification, request limiting and the receiving service. Enquiry details are sent to two verified business receiving addresses. Abuse checks use technical request/challenge information; application analytics events contain only the event and allowlisted source, not the form body.
Receipt retention
The application stores a digest, status, reference and time for up to seven days to prevent duplicate delivery. The browser keeps limited receipt metadata in session storage, without contact fields or project text. Email copies follow the receiving business’s mailbox retention practices; no fixed mailbox deletion period is claimed.
Your choices
