Inside the process
How this equipment works
A motor drives the carrying belt between its end rollers. The side structure guides the material and leaves the belt accessible for inspection. The conveyor shown is a horizontal transfer arrangement; elevation changes require their own belt support and fruit-retention design.
Transfer and inspection
A clear belt surface lets operators remove damaged fruit or foreign material before the next machine. Working height and access on the inspection sides belong to the conveyor layout.
Height and speed coordination
Coordinate discharge with the washer or crusher inlet so the material does not drop excessively or pile up. Belt width, loading depth and speed together determine the transport duty.
Cleaning access
Allow access below the belt and around the rollers, guides and drive. Wet-fruit drainage and removable debris need a defined collection path.

The offered model and its installed options define final dimensions, services and rated duty.
Product and operating conditions
The horizontal reference does not establish an inclined elevator or a rated lifting height. Elevation and anti-rollback requirements are separate configuration details.
Connections and installation
Match receiving width and height, guarding and access between adjacent machines. Conveying wet or cut fruit may need drainage and a different belt surface.
Cleaning and service access
Isolate the drive before cleaning or adjusting belt tracking and tension. Inspect belt surfaces, rollers, guides and fasteners that can affect product handling.
Selection and comparison
Compare conveyors under the same fruit loading, width, travel and height change. Motor power alone does not establish transport capacity.
