Fruit Equipment Capacity: kg/h, L/h and Packages per Hour

Compare equipment capacity using the actual material stream, operating schedule and accepted output rather than mixing unrelated unit bases.

Name the measured stream

Raw fruit input, prepared mash, recovered pulp, liquid feed and filled packages represent different boundaries. State both material and units whenever a rate is requested or quoted.

Avoid unsupported conversions

Fruit mass cannot be converted directly into juice volume without the relevant recovery and density information. Feed throughput is also different from evaporated-water capacity or good packages per hour.

Include usable production time

Cleaning, loading, changeover and downstream interruptions affect useful output. Compare the same operating period and accepted quality rather than unrelated peak figures.

What to include in your enquiry

  • Material stream and measurement location
  • Required units and schedule
  • Accepted product-quality criteria
  • Cleaning, changeover and loss assumptions

Describe the product and the machine you need. Add the known process conditions; the remaining configuration can be discussed around your actual project.
