Fruit pulping assembly | Fruit Processing Equipment

Make the retained pulp and rejected fractions the starting point of equipment selection.

Recover pulp & juice

Recover a specified edible pulp fraction

Input
Prepared edible fruit suited to the proposed rotor and screen configuration.
Output
Pulp with an agreed texture and coarse/unwanted-fraction limit.

Working principle

A pulping assembly works the fruit against a defined separation surface. The useful result depends on fruit preparation, screen/rotor configuration and product objective. Aperture alone does not establish the texture, recovery or permitted hard inclusions.

Product evidence

Assess representative pulp samples and rejects from the same run, including fibre and seed handling.

Adjustability

Request the supplied contact assemblies and verified changeover range rather than assuming a screen change fits every fruit.

Rate basis

Measure prepared feed entering this assembly and the accepted pulp leaving it; keep losses and added water visible.

Material and operating limits

The reference photographs do not identify a verified supplied model. Stone-bearing fruit requires an appropriate prior separation boundary.

Inlet, outlet and installation interfaces

Define feed preparation, product outlet pressure or gravity path, reject discharge and downstream finisher/pump passages.

Cleaning and maintenance

Plan rotor isolation, screen removal, seal inspection and access to retained fibre or product behind working parts.

Compare this duty

Pulping and pressing recover different wanted fractions. Compare their roles, not an unexplained litres-versus-kilograms capacity ranking.
