Specify product passages, residence and cleanability around the actual juice or pumpable pulp.

The product passes through a defined tubular path while the service exchanges heat across the wall. Tube size alone does not prove particle passage or preservation. The proposed geometry, pumps, residence distribution and fouling behaviour need product-specific evidence.
Define fibre, particle dimensions and viscosity at operating temperature. Review passages through valves and fittings as well as tubes.
Specify critical measurement, recording and off-condition handling with the qualified process responsibility.
Account for start/stop, product recovery and cleaning duration when comparing useful throughput.
A tubular label does not establish compatibility with every puree, commercial sterility or an aseptic receiving line.
Confirm product pressure, return loops, utilities, controls and the exact connection to the filler or transfer system.
Arrange inspection and service of tubes, seals and instruments with safe pressure/heat isolation and verified circuit cleaning.
Under shared liquid conditions, compare with a plate module by process duty and maintenance tradeoffs. For pulp outside a plate offer, mark the comparison as a scope mismatch.
