Finish & clarify
Pulp and juice finisher
Set the retained pulp, fibre and seed boundary before specifying the finishing assembly.
Control coarse or unwanted fractions
Equipment catalogue / Equipment duties
Define the clarity objective and actual feed pretreatment before selecting a separation system.
The offered separation architecture and membrane or media arrangement must suit the product. Flux, fouling, cleaning limits and recovered quality are trial-dependent. A supplier’s water test is not a demonstrated fruit-juice production duty.
Identify any enzymatic, settling or other pretreatment separately; do not silently assume it is included.
Request the demonstrated sustained duty, product loss and cleaning schedule under the actual juice conditions.
Agree clarity measurement, sensory requirements and unwanted composition changes before comparing offers.
Not included simply because juice is present. Cloudy or pulp-containing products may require a different separation objective.
Specify feed/retentate/permeate boundaries, recirculation, temperature limits and compatible cleaning services.
Follow media-specific pressure, chemical and inspection limits; provide safe isolation and element replacement access.
Compare clarification systems with the same juice and pretreatment, never with coarse-screen finishing by one nominal flow number.
