Recover pulp & juice
Continuous belt press duty
Review sustained mash preparation, belt loading and juice/reject collection as one pressing duty.
Express juice from prepared mash through a belt path

Evaluate the complete load, press, discharge and cleaning cycle for the proposed mash.
The machine applies a controlled pressing sequence to a loaded batch. The supplied pressure system, drainage medium and discharge arrangement determine the duty. Peak pressing flow is not the same as an hourly rate that includes handling and cleaning.
Record loading, pressing, discharge and necessary cleaning or preparation time. State whether the offered rate includes every step.
Use the same mash specification and product quality test when comparing with a continuous belt method.
Request actual pressure/drive protection, interlocks, isolation and handling provisions for the offered assembly.
No universal batch volume, cycle length, recovery percentage or capacity conversion is supplied.
Size upstream buffering around measured cycle behaviour, then define juice transfer and residue handling.
Inspect press media, contact surfaces, seals and discharge parts using model-specific guidance; include safe pressure release.
Compare against continuous pressing using accepted output across the operating schedule, not just a momentary extraction rate.
