Fruit juice / pulp concentration duty | Fruit Processing Equipment

Choose the evaporation architecture from the feed and quality target, not a generic energy promise.

Concentrate

Controlled water removal with specified vacuum/heat exchange

Input
Juice or pumpable pulp with stated solids, viscosity and thermal sensitivity.
Output
Concentrate with a defined solids method, temperature and quality.

Working principle

Water removal changes product mass and composition. The proposed system must identify the evaporation path, pressure conditions, residence behaviour and fouling controls. A liquid-feed rate, evaporated-water duty and finished-concentrate output are three different numbers.

Basis

Request feed and product quantities with solids measurements and a clear mass or volume basis.

Quality

Specify sensory and composition criteria, aroma handling where needed and the maximum acceptable product change.

Energy comparison

Compare complete utility boundaries, starting conditions and operating cases rather than isolated nominal consumption.

Material and operating limits

No evaporation capacity, utility saving or model-specific fruit/pulp support is verified here.

Inlet, outlet and installation interfaces

Define feed conditioning, concentrate discharge, vapour/condensate handling, heating, cooling and cleaning interfaces.

Cleaning and maintenance

Consider fouling inspection, access, safe vacuum/pressure isolation and product removal before cleaning.

Compare this duty

Compare offered concentration systems only on a common feed/product and utility boundary; never equate feed L/h with water kg/h.
