Inside the process

How this equipment works

The prepared bag and its fitment are presented to the filling station. The station connects, fills and recloses the fitment within the selected hygienic operating boundary. The drum or other support carries the bag on the conveyor while product enters from the connected thermal and transfer system.

Filling stations and package support

The illustrated system has two station areas arranged beside a central control enclosure, with roller conveyors beneath the filling positions. Drum support, bag fitment and product connections need to match the selected package.

Product path to the bag

The upstream treatment system, connecting line, valves and filling head form a continuous boundary. Their preparation, operation and off-condition handling need a common definition. Selecting an aseptic bag does not make an open upstream process aseptic.

Pulp and concentrate handling

Fill conditions are set around viscosity, temperature and retained particles through the complete flow path. Good-package output includes connection, filling, closure and handling time; it cannot be inferred from a product-pump flow alone.

The offered model and its installed options define final dimensions, services and rated duty.

Product and operating conditions

The final bag specification, filling head and validated operating boundary define the supply. This arrangement does not imply bottle, pouch or carton filling capability.

Connections and installation

Match upstream treatment/transfer and package process, including hold, pressure and hygienic release.

Cleaning and service access

Allow safe dismantling of dosing and product-contact parts, seal inspection and removal of trapped material.

Selection and comparison

Compare alternative fillers only on the same product, temperature, pack and good-output definition; a thin-liquid demonstration is insufficient.

Equipment questions

Before you request a quotation

What does the aseptic bag filling system do?

The prepared bag and its fitment are presented to the filling station. The station connects, fills and recloses the fitment within the selected hygienic operating boundary. The drum or other support carries the bag on the conveyor while product enters from the connected thermal and transfer system.

What information is needed to select it?

Pumpable product with defined temperature, rheology and particles. Accepted filled/closed packages at a measured operating basis. State the required rate with its material and unit basis, and include the operating schedule and any existing equipment at the handoff.

What should be checked before comparing offers?

Compare alternative fillers only on the same product, temperature, pack and good-output definition; a thin-liquid demonstration is insufficient. The final bag specification, filling head and validated operating boundary define the supply. This arrangement does not imply bottle, pouch or carton filling capability.
