CIP supply and return module | Fruit Processing Equipment

Define every cleaning circuit and manual-cleaning exception before selecting the skid.

Clean equipment

Controlled services for named cleanable circuits

Input
A documented circuit list with materials, soil and safe operating limits.
Output
Cleaning services and records for an agreed verification procedure.

Working principle

The supply skid is one part of a complete cleaning arrangement. Actual coverage and return conditions depend on the connected paths, valves, drains and equipment. A shared supply pipe does not prove that every contact surface is reached.

Circuit definition

Map volumes, branches, returns, isolation and parts requiring dismantling. Check retained equipment separately.

Compatibility

Use the actual equipment’s chemical, temperature and pressure limits when defining the programme with qualified personnel.

Availability

Include cleaning and changeover time in the production schedule rather than treating it as spare capacity.

Material and operating limits

The catalogue capacity filter indicates a service-flow basis here, not fruit-production capacity. No universal cleaning recipe or hygienic guarantee is provided.

Inlet, outlet and installation interfaces

Define supply/return connections, drain segregation, utilities, controls and the responsibility for cleaning verification.

Cleaning and maintenance

Inspect instruments, tanks, valves and seals with safe chemical/pressure isolation. Verify the skid’s own drainability and cleaning.

Compare this duty

Compare cleaning offers using the same circuits and service conditions; production flow and CIP flow must never be treated as equivalent.
