Build an equipment acceptance record around real material
Agree what will be measured before a demonstration begins.
Representative feed
Identify fruit or intermediate material, preparation, lot, temperature and permitted variation. Where a machine is proposed for several campaigns, choose representative cases rather than treating one easy run as universal compatibility.
Product and rejects
Collect matched accepted-product and reject samples. Record additions, material losses and quality criteria. Define methods for texture, unwanted fractions, clarity, fill or other relevant attributes without substituting an isolated yield number for the wanted product.
Operating case
State sustained or full-cycle rate, run duration, interruptions, utility conditions and cleaning/changeover scope. Record the actual assembly, settings and measurement instruments. Separate demonstrated results from conditions still awaiting evidence.
Close the handover
Include access, safety functions, cleaning release, control interfaces and documents in acceptance. Record deviations with responsibility and resolution, then retain the final offer and as-installed configuration. Commercial and validation obligations belong to the identified contracting parties.
