Read equipment capacity without mixing units or boundaries
A common measurement point matters as much as the number beside it.
Fruit, juice and pulp
Raw-fruit kg/h includes material that may leave as stones, peel or press residue. Liquid L/h depends on the actual fluid conditions. Pulp kg/h measures a different stream. Do not compare these values directly or convert liquid volume into mass without a valid density and temperature basis.
Packages and accepted product
A package rate needs fill quantity, container, product and quality acceptance defined. A nominal cycle speed may exclude stops or rejected packs. Ask for accepted output over the operating case you actually need.
Batch and continuous duties
A batch press must include loading, processing, discharge and required turnaround. A continuous machine needs its sustained feed and interruptions stated. Both can be described on a common schedule, but the evidence must include their different operating cycles.
Utilities and cleaning flow
Heating duty, evaporated-water rate and CIP service flow are not production capacity. Keep each quantity with its own boundary and conditions. The catalogue rate selector helps organize the enquiry; it deliberately provides no unverified numerical conversion or ranking.
