Connect filling performance to accepted packages and the actual juice process.
The dosing assembly, product path and closure handling must suit the specified fill and product conditions. A nominal cycle speed is not accepted output across startup, stops and rejected packages.
Provide actual geometry, fill quantity, material and closure; changing a container may alter the offered configuration.
State temperature, foam and solids limits. Confirm whether product preparation and preservation are supplied elsewhere.
Measure fill quantity, closure/seal result and good packages per operating hour under the stated conditions.
A filler alone is not a hot-fill, refrigerated or aseptic preservation system.
Define product pressure, hygienic boundary, pack supply, closure, rejected packages and downstream handling.
Inspect nozzles, valves and accessible product paths; establish changeover parts and cleaning verification for the actual model.
Compare with a pulp-capable configuration only where both accept the same liquid and package duty. Do not reuse liquid speed for puree.
